2019/02/27 operator says it was sealed in 2017. Asked him to send me the well sealing form.
OOS since April 19, 2017. Gary Rakers email says it will be closed permanently. MTB
Out of service May 2016 per Region. Bad samples in April has hole in screen - deciding whether to repair or abandon.
